Hi Cheryl,

Welcome back home, but you really need to take it easy for about a

week. Maybe you should take a few more days off of work so your body

can heal a little better.

When I had mine out a few years ago, I was off for almost two full

weeks, but I was a CNA at the time and I couldn't go back with ANY

restrictions.

It will really do your body good to get some rest.

I'm glad to here that your back home and able to take some meds, but

please take it easy.
