Guest guest
I totally agree with you about the creative outlet. I just have to be careful to take frequent breaks or the pain gets worse because of lack in change of position. I cross stitch and I'm planning to learn to quilt. >Joan wrote: >I'd like to suggest that all of you develop a creative outlet, something to get your mind off your pain for a while. I'm an oil painter and poet. The only time I truly lose track of pain is when I'm painting. It's hard to get myself actually painting, but once I do, time flies and my mind is preoccupied and not focused on itself and how my nerve endings feel so raw. Guest guest
I am leaving the group. I thought this was a supportive group but I wrote a long email stating Hello Newbie here and it was a long email. I got no response to it at all. Then I emailed and said the fact and someone said I used the wrong subject. I guess it is not for me to be here as you do not think I fit in. I poured my heart out in my email but that is okay .
