Guest guest
Judy, That's exactly what I have, knees that need replacing. Forget the capsaicin, except for associated muscle pain. For the joint pain, I am embarking on the treatment program recommended by Theodosakis (Dr. Theo) in _The Arthritis Cure_. It's essentially a diet / exercise regimen, plus three supplements: Glucosamine/chondroitin, ASU, and SAMe. My own research has convinced me that this guy is not a quack, and I've got nothing to lose, anyway. If it doesn't work, I'm looking at two knee replacements. Meanwhile, I'm wearing metal-reinforced knee braces to get around. They help. Best, Chuck Judy wrote: > Thanks for the reply.
