Please....please don't take anything to boost your immune system....

That is the reason you have PSC to begin with ....your immune system is hyped up and attacking YOU......any meds that you are on is to stop it from attacking....

the only thing you can do to protect yourself is to get the flu shot this fall and try your best to stay away from people with colds...I know that is almost impossible when you work or go to school...or just in the public....but that is the best you can do...eat well ...drink lots of fluids...get lots of rest....but don't take anything....anything that is meant to boost your immune system....
