Billable versus Non-billable % in Nursing homes

We have a contract with a nursing home to provide PT, OT and Speech and are

being told by the nursing home that our non patient care hours are too

high.

What is considered to standard for the percentage of direct patient care

versus indirect (non billable time) time in a nursing home setting? Are

there differences in percentage between PT, OT and Speech? Any indicators

would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
