To All;

With the eve of the $1,500 cap upon us, I was wondering if anyone has a

specific code reference on Advanced Beneficiary Notices. We have section

1682 (a) (1) of the Medicare Regulations but do not have access to the

appropriate regulation to know if that covers Therapy services as well (this

particular reference is for Hospital NonCovered services. We are attempting

to develop an Advanced Beneficiary Notice for our clients and if K.

deems it appropriate, will make it available to everyone on this list.

Before we do though, we need to get our regulation citation reference in

order. Anyone able to help us?!?
