Guest guest
Hey you are most welcome. My suggestion is if hard surfaces bother you, then maybe you can take a hot shower and let the water hit where you need the relieve. They also have different types of massagers that you can buy. Maybe that can help you too. It bothers me to to sit on hard surfaces. I try to sit on a cushion or pillow when I sit in a hard chair. My doctor says right now that if I have surgery for my pain it will make it worse, so we are doing everything we can think of to block the pain. I even got a pain management doctor and we have tried all types of meds, meditation, behavior changes -- as in doing things differently to avoid pain, massages, exercise, electro stimulation, cortisone patches, and lidocaine patches. Nor I am looking into being hypnotized to see if that will work, because right now I am not able to work. I have filed for disability and because of my age it is going to take forever to get. I am trying to press for help with the state to get my ex husband to pay child support. If it wasn't for my Dad, I'd be up the you know creek without a paddle. lol But I also pray a lot to. Not trying to push my faith on anyone but i believe god hears use and if we are censers he will help use when we need him. Sometimes faith is all we have to keep use a float during the real hard times.Well I hope everything gets better for you. Connie
