Hi Shantelle, I'm so glad you found us and glad you are here! Your feeling that the meds cause more harm than good is right on track. You are also right on target for wanting to come off the meds without a doctor's help. Until the day comes when doctors experience the withdrawal caused by discontinuing these awful drugs, they will not be able to help us. However, your pharmacy teacher is right. You went waaaaay too fast. But it is not too late to fix this. You have only been off a week. Please go back on all your meds at your last dose. Then, you will be picking ONE drug to start tapering slowly, and come off one drug at a time. , the

owner of this list, is the best one to tell you which drug to taper first. Please tell us how long you have been taking each drug, what dose you are taking, and the reason why you were put on each one. This will help help you. What we suggest here is to reduce one drug at a time by increments of 5-10%. Then wait until you feel stable before making another cut. For me, this took 2-3 weeks with each reduction. I know you want to be off these awful chemicals yesterday, but reducing slowly will minimize the withdrawal and protect you from possible neurological damage. The only way to be safe is to go slowly. Have you had a chance to look over the Files that were sent with your membership? There is information on tapering meds, eating for recovery, and general supplement protocols that help us heal. Let us know if you have any questions after reading the files. Take care,
