Found out something today with my Pain Doc., just wanted to pass it on

When I was in my pain doctors visit today, I told him I want to try

and get off some of these drugs. Told me that I couldnt just stop the

ones like Morphine, cause it could cause withdrawls, so, we are

tapering off.

But, back to the point, she also told me that Oxy will no longer be availabe in

generic form. It was, but, there was some dispute over patent infringements,

and the manufacture of Oxy won, so, when the drug stores run out of the generic,

there will be no more.

Dont know if this is permenent or not, but, for now, you will have to

pay the higher price for the now for the real deal. Since I have no

insurance, and pay cash, this matters to me. Just wanted to pass on

this info.
