Guest guest
Hi, Everyone, Here's the results of my 8th (I think) cleanse. Had my water, lots of it, yesterday, along with my quart of organic apple juice that I've had for over a week now. Then ate a steamed potato and small steamed carrot for lunch. Didn't have anything after 2:00. At 6:00 drank my first does of ES, with more water added like I usually do, then again at 8:00. At 10:00 drank my mixture of olive oil/grapefruit, laid on back 20 minutes, then drank another dose, but had 1/4 cup olive oil/grapefruit/apple juice. Laid on right side 20 minutes. I would have tried a third dose, but this one made me nauseated. I sure felt like I was going to hurl for a long time. I didn't sleep good. Kept getting leg cramps off and on all night. Plus, since I've had a cold, coughed like crazy, which didn't feel too great a couple of times. Who knows, maybe coughing pushed some more out. Well, I had a different batch of gallstones this time, totally. the last times I've had yellowish-tannish ones with lots of yellow colored sludge, sand stuff. Just a few pea sized light green ones. But this time I got rid of some large dark green stones, maybe the largest about 3/4 inch. I didn't even save the little ones, but this is the first time that I've saved any at all. I have quite a few larger ones. It's interesting how it can always be different. I must be getting down to the older ones now since they're dark green. If anyone is around like Dale or Ken who's been doing this for a while, does it sound like I'm getting to the older ones? Thanks, Susie
