Guest guest
the best position to be in after drinking the oil/citrus drink. ...my Chiropractor said LEFT side because it is then 'Downhill' BUT Because the Oil Floats THE RIGHT SIDE IS BEST !!! Some recommend a Fetal (legs pulled towards Chest) Position. I am having Great Results with this The Water Cure http://kinsman.epix.net/water/index.htm for the last WEEK all my Poop has been 'Floaties' (which I understand is Very Healthy) I now walk 1/2 mile a day ( two weeks ago I could hardly walk across street) SO I am Very Encouraged ! (this despite a poor diet of ocasional Coffee or Ice Cream) Imagine if I ATE Healthy ALL the Time ! -Tom-
Guest guest
Hello, Back in Message 4890 I had some questions. The previous posts had been such a big help in the first place (the testimonials) that I thought reading earlier posts would help. I found answers to some and still have some unanswered. 1.The epsom salts clean out the system and relax or open the ducts so that larger stones can exit.(I was amazed at the size of stones from my second flush when the epsom salts were used.) Some posts said that the MgSO4 can be hard on the system so to wait at least 2 weeks before doing another flush. 2.I still do not know the best position to be in after drinking the oil/citrus drink. Nothing I have read thus far answered this. Has anyone had better success with one or the other? Perhaps it is a subjective question. 3.I shall give my friend the web site where she can read about the cleanse and I shall encourage her with the testimonies of the brave folks who have had their gall bladders removed and who have cleansed and been healthier for it. What an eye opener to realize that the stones can come from the liver and that the liver needs to be taken care of for health. 4.Care and maintenance of our bodies is just good stuardship of what God (the Creator) has given us. I do not think I can return to the careless way I have eaten in the past. I want to teach my children how to take care of themselves, too. [is 80% (of body weight?)right in figuring out how much to give to children?] A thank you to all who have taken the time to write and share information. A special thank you to " Dusan " and " Dale " and others for their efforts. A grateful reader, Lonnie
Guest guest
Dear Lonnie, I think the answer to question two is to try different positions and see which suits you the best. I like to put my pillows in a nest behind me and lie slighty to the right, but almost sitting up, that works for me if that's any help. Jane. (Sorry, just re-reading my message to you it sounds a bit rude, but you know what I mean!) -----Original Message----- From: lonniemf@... Guest guest
Dear Jane, Thank you for your reply. Our family went on vacation for a few days and we just got back. I have had alot more energy since the 4th cleanse. I hope to do more about every two to three weeks.
