Hi , I am feeling quite a bit better today. Still sore around my breasts, back and ribs, but everything else feels okay. I cut the dose in half on the liver herbs, but took the full dose of the fiber and laxative. What do you think about me continuing to take the liver product until it is gone, but at a lower dose, such as 1 or 2 pills per day instead of 4? My thoughts are that I apparently need work on my liver. Here are the ingredients http://www.herbsmd.com/detail/Zand/9169/Thistle-Cleanse-Formula.htm Zand also makes a milk thistle maintenance product which has enzymes.

I wasn't able to take it last summer b/c it upset my stomach, but maybe when I am done with the 7-day cleanse? Eeeeesh! I'm listening to myself and hear that I have a problem w/ not being able to leave well enough alone regarding anything! Why do I feel I must plow every scrap of available energy into a new endeavor or into tweaking something? I have heard you talk to someone else about this. It probably means I need a safe, gentle, constructive focus or project. An outlet for this

creative energy that I constantly want to direct at supplements and internal organs. Thanks for putting up with me! Hugs,
