Good morning all,

My name is , and I live in New York state, just north of the

Bronx. I would like to welcome all the new members here.

I haven't been on line much, trying to rid myself of a long bacterial

lung infection.

With all my ailments, believe me, coughing was no picnic, my neck

was/is screaming on every cough.

I've still have to get my myelopathy taken care of, but second

opinion and third opinion neurosurgeons agreed, now is not the time.

So, I've been going to physical therapy three days a week. Usually

for two hours, then I can sleep that night.

I also suffer from insomnia with pain. I also have severe depression

because of that pain. My entire spine has stenosis with osteophytes,

also known as bone spurs either just touching the spinal cord or

touching the thecal sac. And, I had my first migraine in February,and

it's only the second day of the month,now it's the third day. Rel Pax

killed the migraine in short order, I take the forty miligram

variety.It works quickly for me.

Well, it's way too early to be awake for super bowl Sunday,ha,ha. But

I have to make the snacks for my friends who will be coming over.
