Please feel free to contact me directly on that one. I am not interested in

any consulting work (I am busy enough as it is). I did work with a national

chain and worked in their acquisition department. I can tell you how the

practices are valued from a nuts and bolts perspective. This should give you

a workable range short of intangibles.
