The more I read the more I am discovering why this explains virtually all of the

missing links that have bothered me. The missing enzymes is the very first step

in all physiological breakdown.

That's why it does not make sense to take substances which get rid of

enzymes, then spend more money to add them back into the system. Eat raw and

let nature do the nutritive and cleansing work. Keep the internet supplement

business healthy. ;-)

Bob,

Sure, sure, that's utopia. But not everyone can or will eat 100% raw food, and

when we eat something cooked we need to add exogenous enzymes. Fortunately, I

decided to get nother juicer yesterday when I could afford one, and last night

someone gave me one. So, I expect my personal destiny in re raw foods will

imrpove with the arrival of the UPS truck.

Dear ,

I've never even heard of it being used here at all. In fact, my wife

just confirmed that neither of us has ever seen or heard even a

single word about any oxygen therapy in the press here. The only

people I've met who have heard of oxygen therapy are friends I've

talked to personally. In a country of 38 million people I somehow

doubt I'm the only person in the whole place who has read about

Homozon, hyperbaric oxygen, stabilized oxygen in water, ozone, etc.

Still, sometimes I wonder.

If Western Europe is a few years behind the US in terms of innovative

ways to treat health problems, then Poland and the rest of Eastern

Europe are several more years behind Western Eueope.

That said, I have met some very good doctors here and the dentists

are tops. I've joked with a few friends back home that if they ever

come to Poland they should get their teeth fixed while they're here.

A couple years ago I found a pair of gastroenterologists who were way

more knowledgable about the problem I was dealing with than the

American who had diagnosed me in the first place.

Polish doctors don't mind taking a half hour - 45 minutes or even

longer sometimes to patiently answer all of my questions and other

friends of mine have had similar experiences. I couldn't tell you the

last time I sat down with an American doctor for a hour-long

consultation.

More some other time perhaps, I've got to finish that liver cleanse

and get some sleep.

Dear Dan:

Thank you for such a complete report and I do hope you will have success with

the therapies you are trying including the liver cleanse. I have never tried

it. All the best,

Dear Dan,

When I was in Cuba in March 1997, there were some ozone generators on

display

from Poland, so somebody is selling them there.

I've not looked them up because they all seem to be -ases, which

are simply enzymes for breaking down particular things - sucrase

breaks down sucrose, lactase breaks down lactose, proteases

break down proteins and so on. It's the brown drops I'M REALLY

curious about, and they're a secret my homeopath won't let me in

on!! (Probably the dregs from his coffee-maker mixed with water

from the cat's bowl!) ;)

Thanks for the info, though - much appreciated!

How did you find out that your digestive enzymes are low? Are there

Well, I've been getting more and more drunk and spacey recently,

in spite of a significant reduction in my candida, and showing signs

of malnutrition/malabsorption (hair loss, weight loss). My

homeopath does something called vega testing - there are more

details on his web site - http://www.rosedaleclinic.co.uk/ Hope

that helps!

Sandy, I take one with each meal, no matter what I eat. At the same time I

hardly ever have a meal that does not contain protein.. Mine does not

mention protein on the label.. This enzyme is mainly found in pineapple.

Hi Everyone,

I am out of town and only have a few moments on line, but I wanted to say hi

to everyone and tell Karma that I started the Harmony yesterday. I Love it!

I am working from early morning until late night to get this house ready to

rent and my energy is amazing. I used the Harmony early yesterday and did

some extra Life Lift breaths. I had energy to spare last night. I slept

like a baby. This is a great combination and personally, I loved the

flavor. I put it into some pure apple juice. It was positively yummy!

I have to run. I have my work cut out for me today, so all of you, please

send me good thoughts.

Love and take good care of those wonderful bodies of yours, everyone!

Rashelle,

I am so glad you liked it. I was really wondering if you would be able to

tell a difference. I know it is a wonderful product. For those of you

wondering what Harmony is, you can read about it and watch a movie about it

from this page http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com I believe the movie on

the lower left side after you have chosen the Canada or US site

Hi Vicky,

I am relatively new. I know this is a late answer to your question,

but I didn't see this answer posted. EnzyMedica makes a product

specifically for the digestion of fats. For fats you want a lipase.

Here is the direct link to their product Lypo. It also contains

amylase, protease, and lactase. You can buy their products in most

health food stores, Walgreens or that type store, and even some

grocery stores. Of course, online too.

Are you mixing up different presentations? and was working

on an autism screening test, as I recall. Pangborn was working on a

digestive enzyme, which was released as " SerenAid " by Klaire Labs and Aspen

Group. ( Now Kirkman makes a similar product, as might another company.)

My children did well with SerenAid, but needed to stay gfcf even when using

it with every meal.

Hi,

Twin Labs Super digestive enzymes and Solaray Super Digestaway

enzymes both work great for me. The Solaray's are cheaper.
