Guest guest Posted December 31, 2007 Report Share Posted December 31, 2007 I use the oxycodone for a breakthrough med and it works great. It does wear off quicker, so it's better for a breakthrough. I use methadone up to 5 times a day and then I actually use the oxycodone for the breakthrough. This combination has worked the best out of any I have tried. I also take lyrica and cymbalta.
