- Did I have brain fog and miss something regarding the CBT groups

I was wondering why nothing more has been say about the CBT groups.

Did I miss an e-mail post?

The nearest CBT therapist to me is an hours drive from where I live. I

was disappointed. I was thinking strongly about seeing a CBT therapist

too.
