Hello --

I am definitely doing the flush this weekend, and am wondering if I

should follow up with a deep tissue massage on Monday. Has anyone

done this after a flush?

Thanks in advance,

Miranda

In reply to " anyone have noises when you turn your neck " the answer is yes, all

the time.  I had a few years of neck spondylitis from the axis joint down to

right between my shoulder blades.  The crackling started then.  Some days it's

better, some days worse, I'm just thankful I can turn my head.  My uncle is

fused and can't.

so i want to get a massage from a massage therapist. felt great

afterward. my neck had been stiff on and off and it felt great and loose with

normal range of motion. problem is i have a little click sound when i turn my

head to the left. it's starting to annoy me. there is no pain and i haven't

felt this good overall in 5 months. but that click...anyone have noises when

you turn your neck?

My son's ankles click when he walks.  Even though he's been in remission for

almost 3 years, they still click. His ankles were his most affected joints when

his arthritis was active.  Interestingly they are the only joints he had

cortisone injections in and has calcification in them too.  I'm assuming it's

all related.
