Guest guest
Hello -- I am definitely doing the flush this weekend, and am wondering if I should follow up with a deep tissue massage on Monday. Has anyone done this after a flush? Thanks in advance, Miranda
Guest guest
In reply to " anyone have noises when you turn your neck " the answer is yes, all the time. I had a few years of neck spondylitis from the axis joint down to right between my shoulder blades. The crackling started then. Some days it's better, some days worse, I'm just thankful I can turn my head. My uncle is fused and can't. Guest guest
My son's ankles click when he walks. Even though he's been in remission for almost 3 years, they still click. His ankles were his most affected joints when his arthritis was active. Interestingly they are the only joints he had cortisone injections in and has calcification in them too. I'm assuming it's all related. Myndi Fitzgerald (317)503-3701 www.MonaVie.com Sent from on Android
