Guest guest
Pat, Getting off of antidepressants or benzos is ALL about coddling yourself! You want to buffer your nervous system as much as possible. Wait as long as it takes, in between very small cuts, for your body and mind to stabilize. We want to give our bodies as much chance at being stable now AND long after we are off the meds. The other day I went up a little on dose, as some anxiety had set, within a few days I felt so much better--very stable in fact--and went back to the dose I was at; and I feel very good.
