Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Connie, I have the same pain. I had an MRI and found cyst in both shoulders, the left being the worst. I think the cyst is impinging my nerves when I sleep at night. I LOVE my Lidoderm patches for sure. Other than that, I use ice or Biofreeze. Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Thank you so much for your advices.I have medicad and can't get those patchies you are talling about but I can try a cream simular to it. i ice my shoulder and alternate with heat. they said mine was a serve strain.
