Don't know what happened with the ex, but it's a good thing you didn't rush into anything there.

I think the worst 12 hours of my life just occured.I went out last night to meet my ex and some friends at the bar.Things were great until Phil, his friend Dom, my friend, and I left.We went to hang out, and a bunch of stuff happened. Long story short,I no longer want to talk to my friend or Phil. I'm done with puttingup with back-stabbing people.Then, it's snowing this morning. So I woke up late, and was rushing toget to work. The roads were horrible, and I was sliding all over theplace. I get to work, and they fired me! No reason given. I evenasked. Nothing, they wouldn't tell me. This happens around Christmas,just after I get a new car, and am trying to fix my credit. Everythingwas going so great... and now, in a split second, it's gone. I wasworking so hard at that job, and I just don't understand how I couldhave been let go. WITH NO REASON!I feel sick, I'm shaking. I don't know what to do.-

Oh {{{{{!!}}}}} Oh dear... Now that is a bad 12 hours. :-( Oh wow I wish I could just *zip* - take that away from you. wow... I am *really* perturbed at some of the practices these businesses have nowadays - sooo so inhumane. Not right at all. :-( sheesh!

People have told me, [and of course I want to say "shaddup"], but I have seen it is so true, over and over again in my own life; there is something better, waiting for you.

If you can't believe that right now, that's perfectly understandable. But try to hang on and just believe it via other people. Hang in there... please just hang in. Feel what you have to; grieve - I know I would be. But don't let what they did ultimately "win" your spirit. I was horribly "slapped in the face" too with a job I had for over 7 years, by my boss. Of course now, I can't work but... he screwed things up royally for me and he knew it. It was totally uncalled for and unecessary, but.... he's a schmuck; he's a child in an adult's body.

Aw... but anyway - wishing you many good things and when / if you are ready - I hope something much better comes along, and then you will be saying "wow - now I see why that happened..." ;-) Take this time to take care of you.....

i'm so sorry for your awful day.

you just don't need back=stabbing people in your life, so i say, goodriddens. i know it's painful though, but better to know now, than remain friends long, only to be hurt worse later.

hon, i've been fired before as well, for no reason and it's a shock and it hurts and causes so much stress. there's just no explaining some people or their actions. i've dealt with some real looneys in the work force.

i hope that you will file for unemployment and in the meanwhile, good luck finding a new job. like they say, when one door is closed, another opens and i bet the next one, will be even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
