Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements -- what do you take?

What supplements do you take? How much a day? What difference has it made for you? How many of you here takes Vitamin C or Ecinachea? Or any other supplements that boost the immune system? If you took it in the past I would like to know if you had any bad experiences with it. Research tells us we shouldn't take any immune boosters because our immune systems are overactive already but I would be interested in your own personal views and experiences. How often do you get sick with colds or other viruses? Sharon
