I am a new member and have different issues.I am 45 years old , worked 17 years in a sewing factory 1 year with HP computers.. I have Degenrative Disc disease, something called Mild Hypertrophy facet joint ?? and Fibromylgia but was told today by a Nurse Pract that what I have is not disabling. But I cannot sleep at night at all maybe 4 hours and then I hurt, my legs jerk, and my neck bones act some times like a crick in my neck.It is getting to where I have a hard time laying my head on a pillow.I was awarded my disability on these health problems.Had to fight for that 3 long years. So any help trying to deal with these if any of you have them and what you have done.. they said surgery was out for now. PT doesnt help and walking I did a mile before I got down.
