Reinstatement of moratorium?

Sorry about the previous miscue. I intended to relate some news rec'd from my

corporate management regarding a direct conversation by phone with a CMS

representative who stated that CMS is issueing a bulletin which reinstates

the moratorium until the bill for repeal permanently is passed. Merry

Christmas!

I've tried to verify with info available online to no avail, but I was told

this is authentic information which hasn't yet been released / updated yet in

the usual public manner.

Has anyone on the list heard any rumblings in this direction? Almost sounds

too good to be true, but I remain hopeful.
