Guest guest
Hi , Thanks. The dermatologist took a quick look and said either candida or fungal, and told me to fill a prescription for Nystatin powder which I have not done. It is a 2" oval under my breast where the skin has turned brownish (not dark, just darker than normal). It itches like crazy. I am embarrased to admit it, but it has been there a couple years. I kept scratching and never thought to look. The texture is not much different than normal. Just slightly rough and dry. As you said, I have continued to eat brown rice almost every day for years. I recently began eating brown rice pasta too. In the 80's I went on a candida detox diet in which I ate nothing but tons and tons of vegetables, eggs, plain yogurt, and chicken. My face broke out in red bumps, but I felt better. Looks like I need to do that again. What about oats, quinoa, and millet? Are they as bad as the rice? Are you treating anyone else with HCL? I have a full bottle of 120 capsules of Source Naturals Digestactiv. I could mail it to them. I am really happy the lemon water is not burning my stomach at all. I will keep drinking it.
