Margaret,mom to the monsters

So, should I turn it up to 80 and roast his ass out or should I find the furnace switch and turn it off completely?

Oh I am dying laughing here! My hubby turns the thermostat DOWN so

low you could hang meat! ROFLOL! I am walking around wearing a

turtle neck and two sweaters and this is in the Summertime. He has

snow blowing out of the floor vents. LOL! In the Winter it is no

different. I go outside to get warm. Hee hee. So I finally convinced

him that I HAVE to be warm and he can peel down to his undies if he

wants to. Just another battle of the sexes I guess. We keep the

thermostat at an even 70 now and he takes of something and I put on

something and we are more even. Got to compromise.

Ruthie (where is a good hot flash when you need one?)

> UGH... IF my husband doesn't stop turning the heat up to 73

degrees I am going to break his fingers!! LOL He turns it up and I

turn it down, then he turns it up and I turn it down.... UGH...

>

> He is the penny pincher, you would think he would want it

kept lower!! There is NO reason the heat need to be any higher than

70 degrees. When the thermostat is set on 70 it is 75 degrees in the

house. That is warm enough! What is he going to do when it is below

zero outside?!

cover up then it is for me to strip down....

I find the furnace switch and turn it off completely? LOL... Guess I

will keep playing the game. He will be asleep in about 10 minutes

and I will turn it down. Then he will get up around 1 am and turn it

up. After oh 5 minutes, I'll turn it down. Then he'll get up again

around 3 am, I'll turn it back down. Once he leaves for work it will

be up until I awake to turn it down yet again! ROFL. He doesn't know

how to shut a light off in the house either. :-)
