My intestines are so sore all the time from constipation that even a couple of days off yogurt and I can't stand it. BTW, my nutritionist who works in the hospital says that the new supposedly improved yogurts aren't any better than regular old yogurt (they're just more expensive) as long as it has live cultures, so eat whatever kind you like. Probiotics are the same as yogurt just without the yogurt part. (And can be more expensive) But if you don't like yogurt you can sneak the powder into other stuff and not notice it. Cheese and sometimes bread are very constipating to me. I try to not eat a whole lot of them at one time.
