ok, my first question is are you on any medication?? You have not mentioned that. My first suggestion would be to get some hot warming bottles and put it on the places that hurt. Also take some ibuprofen. I know it has helped me some, but I can not take too much of it because of my ulcerative colitis. But anyway, it would help to know if you are on any medication and what they are because sometimes medication can cause you to be well...moody. I really do not know what to tell you about the situation with your husband, because there are times, I think we should make the world free of men. Just joking, ok. Trying to be funny today. But seriously, I really do not know what to tell you to do concerning husband. Has he offered to go to a doctors visit with you? Have you gotten any information or books that maybe he can read about your illness?? Yes, this is an illness and it is not going to go away over night. But if he does not care and does not take an interest in you and your illness there is really nothing you can do. I am sorry, I really do not know how to answer that, because I am going through my own trials with mine at the moment. I hope maybe someone else will be more helpful.

hugs,

Hi Fmaureen2002 (don't know your name) Are you on any medication's? have you seen a doctor for depression? If you are not on any medication's I can reccomend you taking St. 's Wort.. It can really help with your mood... I took it for three year's cause I didn't have the money to see a doctor or get the Zoloft that I needed.. There is alos other Over The Counter Medicines you can get to help with the pain Like Genasec it can be found at Wal-Mart's for around $4.00 for 90 pill's. and that little wounder they call the Solanpas Patche's. I buy the box of 40 that you buy at Wal-Mart's I pay $3.34 a box at my wal-mart in Southern Illinois.. I know hubby's can be a real pain when it comes to us and Fibro.. really do not have any advice for you on this one except explain things to him the best you can and show him the web sites on fibro..
