HAPPY NEW YEAR

I've heard many different origins for the term " Boxing Day " . Never quite

sure which is the right one. But, at any rate, Boxing Day which extended

into Boxing Week is now over, people are shopped to death, and we're just

about into '02!

It has been an extraordinarily successful year for the group, I think. We do

go through a ton of messages every month, don't we!

So, just wanted to wish everybody a Happy New Year. As Lennon said in

his song, " let's hope it's a good one " .

Thanks all for your cooperation and contributions of information to the

group over the past year.

Pierre

Dear Friends

As co-moderator, I would like to thank you all for your

participation in the group over the last year. We have had some

fantastic discussions amongst us, and I hope, like me, you have

benefitted from some of the topics. To have a group like this is

very important in my opinion, and I am so thrilled at its success.

Let's hope during 2002 we can welcome new members, and so continue

our work.

Pierre I would personally like to thank you for all your hard work

in the group, I know at times you probably have been feeling tired

and at worst unwell, but you still manage to respond at some point.

Aside being a good friend of mine, you have been a real inspiration

and source of comfort to me, particularly when the group first

started, and I know many of us owe you a great debt. Thank you.

So everyone, have a fantastic New Year, and let us extend some

special prayers to our friends in the group from the USA, a tough

year for them. Let 2002 bring some peace in the world too.

Best wishes

United Kingdom

I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year too (I'm probably a bit

late with that, since it's 2:05pm on New Years Day here in

Australia), and I hope you all had a great time seeing in the new

year.
