Betsy,

Not that I take fish oil anyway, but just curious. I've never actually seen

those. Are they more concentrated, or are the capsules just bigger (in which

case you still get the same amount of oil in fewer pills)?

The capsules might be a bit larger but the contents are also more

concentrated. My son much preferred them to the regular kind. He changed to

³6 a day² dosage (at bedtime) after the new research came out, but still

preferred just taking 3 of the double-strength. I think there may be other

companies that make a double-strength capsule, but he preferred NOW brand

because it didn¹t have as strong a fishy after-taste as some others. When

looking for double-strength, you have to check the label carefully because

some companies list double the amount of EPA and DHA because they consider 2

capsules to be the standard dosage. By the way, we bought the NOW Super EPA

at a local natural vitamin store, but I think you can order them from the

NOW website as well.
