Guest guest
Betsy, Not that I take fish oil anyway, but just curious. I've never actually seen those. Are they more concentrated, or are the capsules just bigger (in which case you still get the same amount of oil in fewer pills)? Guest guest
The capsules might be a bit larger but the contents are also more concentrated. My son much preferred them to the regular kind. He changed to ³6 a day² dosage (at bedtime) after the new research came out, but still preferred just taking 3 of the double-strength. I think there may be other companies that make a double-strength capsule, but he preferred NOW brand because it didn¹t have as strong a fishy after-taste as some others. When looking for double-strength, you have to check the label carefully because some companies list double the amount of EPA and DHA because they consider 2 capsules to be the standard dosage. By the way, we bought the NOW Super EPA at a local natural vitamin store, but I think you can order them from the NOW website as well.
