Anyone have ideas how to get Black Elderberry(Sambucol) into my child?

My son (age 6) really needs to take this due to his many illnesses. But the

syrup makes him gag-too strong for him. So I tried the chewables. No go. Does

anyone have any ideas how to get this into him? I feel he would really benefit

from it.

My Dan doc suggest getting a pill shooter from your local Pet store. I have problems getting them in my son as well. This thing a a God send. You can put 2 pills at once. Gently place it in their mouth right behind the gag reflex and gently push the stopper. Then give him some water to wash it down. EASY! Trust me...you will not regret it.
