metal will only show up in blood if the exposure has been within the last 2 months....

 

My dan doctors did a challenge test on my son several weeks ago. He was almost 20 in mercury and an 8 in lead. The others metals was within a normal range. He has the suppositorium only for 10 minutes and after that he poop. So the doctor was pretty amazed about the results.

I showed the results to my main pediatrician and he was concerned... So he decided to check on his " metals " with a blood test because I am guessing that he doesnt believe in dan doctors.

What do you think? It will show up in a blood test?

DAN doctors aren't the be all end all either. Ours didn't test our son for anything. Just suggested things I could try, which I had already read about online. So I am still just throwing darts in the dark hoping to hit on something.

Also, if you can get your regular doctor to run some of the tests that you need then your insurance might cover them. Our DAN said they won't bill insurance for anything, even if it is a "normal" test to get.

.....have you been told that you have Lupus and/or an auto-immune disorder?

Have you gone to the traditional doctor with symptoms beyond your knowledge?

Have you been told that there's nothing wrong with you and stop educating

yourself? If it wasn't for my Mom educating me about Barefoot Coral

NEVER...take the traditional MD's advice at heart. They are an employee of a

" group " with standards and limits to what they can share with you...if they want

to remain employed within that group. Doctor's today....most of them....can't

tell you what they truly want to tell you....unless their bold enough....bold

enough to be in a program that isn't of the " Norm " in today's world. And

yes....I do have an auto-immune disorder...for my brother who is two years older

then I has MS...he was going through the same symptoms as I at the same

time....yet we didn't tell each other. I'm blessed to have a wonderful husband

who understands...and gave me the time to find my strength. For I will not be

further tested unless I end up in the hospital. Why? Insurance and Life

Insurance. There are thousands of people who won't go further in regard to their

health because of insurance and life insurance. They'll be declined. Even though

they have worked their entire life........didn't take nothing from the

government....paid their dues....however...if they would push for that exact

DX...literally in today's world...they would be doomed.

Fwiw, challenge tests are not recommended, they can cause regression, be careful.

Metals will only show up in the blood if it is a current exposure (within 60 days). If it does show up in the blood you need to look into possible curent causes in your environment (home).

The Pediatricians were taught to believe that the kids are ONLY toxic if they have metals in their blood. The problem is the metals leave the blood and go to organs, tissue, bones, nervous system, brain etc. The pediatricians were taught that the metals go from the blood stream out of the body via hair, fecal or urine. This is the problem! DAN doctors understand that our kids are toxic even thought there are no metals in the blood. You need to do chelation to get the metals out. You need to continue to chelate until no more metals are excreted w/ chleators.

Your pull was great. Your child is a good excretor with the chelator.

I agree with you 100% but once you are pulling the metals, they have to move

thought the body some how, what is the mechanism in which chealated metal move

thought the body? I would think it would still be the blood stream. So you

should be able to do a blood draw 6 hours after a chealator and be able to see

metal in the blood. This is why redistribution is such a problem

If you feel your pediatrician is at all open to listening to you, buy a copy of

Changing the Course of Autism by Dr. Jepson, MD. It is written for

physicians and also parents. I bought an inexpensive copy from half.com and gave

it to our pediatrician.

Dr. Jepson can really relate to physicians who are naysayers about biomed

because he himself was one...that is until his child got autism.
