What dose is your 3 yr old 40 lb on for MB12 shots?

We were originally prescribed 1.1 in the syringe, but he reacted poorly so we

were then told by the pharmacist that Dr. Neubrander usually starts his kids at

..4 so we reduced to that and did much better.

Should we be working up to 1.0?

What are your experiences?
