I'd also like to mention that at some point on Thursday night during the reception, the members of the Canadian CHARGE group are planning to get together & meet. We will make an announcement about where/when after we get there!

Michele,This is what we did in Houston and I think we will do something similar this time. We used different colored name tags to help identify the Speakers, Foundation Board, Registrants and Volunteers. To help members of the List, I added a small computer graphic to the names that I knew were on the List.Since you won't have the final schedule of everything until you get to Indy, may I suggest that after some of you have a chance to look at the program and the layout of the hotel, you post a notice on the Bulletin Board as to where you would like to meet and when?You could also ask that it be announced when the entire group is together each morning.nMichele Westmaas wrote:> Will there be a meeting place & time prearranged for the list serve> people?
