Dear Westie, Amy gave you the best answer to your question so I will not try to improve it. I was checking the BB Diet out but did not follow thru although I have kept it in the back of my mind. At the time was very upset that I was trying to cook healthy for him, so I never went farther than checking it out. Lynn,

I was at a & Nobles bookstore

this afternoon to look for some books on MS and diet. They didn’t

have much of anything.

The bookstore sales help said that they

were just picked over from Christmas. I have about 15 lbs to lose before

now and the end of Feb.

I usually just try to go on a low-fat

diet, but I am on oral prednisone and worried that my old attempts at weight

loss may not work exactly as planned.

The prednisone really does a number on me.

Increased appetite and mood swings. Trying to keep my hands busy

doing something else so I can’t eat.

Anyway, they didn’t have anything on

BB diet, but I’ll Google for it and see what I can find. Thanks for

the reply!
