Lynn - that would be wonderful!!! I now have 5 friends locally with MS - in different stages. One was just diagnosed after fighting for two years for that diagnosis. Another is still fighting for the diagnosis. But I have shared with them all how the supplements I take help me with my health issues but they are afraid to take supplements because of possibly interfering with medication. I don't take any meds except Celebrex for OA - the supplements help me that much right now. All of these friends are on MedicAid and MediCare now so don't want to lose their medical coverage and choose to stay with the drugs. I know these drugs are important, especially as MS progresses (terrible way to use the word 'progress'). I just wish my friends would also try the supplements. I know that some of them don't pose a threat to the effectiveness or absorption of their meds, and the supps would be of

benefit. Maybe with your list I can convince one or more of my friends. smilingrose wrote: Dear , I have a whole list of supplement that I take and my GP and eye doctor agree that they have been a big help. My neuro does not comment. When I get this computer room squared away I will find the disk with the list and send a copy to the group. HAPPINESS and BUTTERFLIES Lynn
