I am in Council BLuffs Iowa(sister town to Omaha, NE). I am 2 min from the missouri river that divides the 2 states. It iwas 74 yesterday and expected 69 today some say 75 and sunny. Just a bit of cottonwood and allergies starting up in this area. I just love the taste of fresh homegrown food, it is healthier and this year I am using all organic materials including the manure. They should be a great crop. I am anxious for the fishing to pick up, we use the stuff after the fish are cleaned including the water they soak in to fertilize the garden and girl~ let me tell you, Ours were 8-10ft high last year- no lie! I had them steaked to the fencing that is up and cages of high fencing and they still drooped over. We gave buckets and buckets to the neighbors. My favorite is the blackberries but they will take a couple years to be producing

alot. Right now they are like a stick. Besides the fact they are hard to find. Those cherry tomatoes fresh are like candy~ better than chocolate to me!! I know nothing can beat chocolate, but to me they do.
