Traditionally, we have performed qd treatments on the weekends but the pressure is being applied to perform the same standard of care for patients on weekends as performed on weekdays. We are considering " non traditional " staggered work weeks that periodically include weekend days and alternative PRN staffing for weekends only. What are the pros and cons of these approaches?
