Wow.. Such big words to use on a Friday night :)

They *think* I have a tumor behind the knee, but it's not palpable and after

2 EMG's..We kinda came to the decision (Okay I told them :x) that we weren't

exploring that way for it anymore. Since the problem that it was causing

(numbess in the foot) is minor, they decided to just leave it for now.

Hi Jennette,

It was great to see you in VA last month. I sure will have you in my

thoughts on Monday and will pray that your knee surgery and recovery go

well.

I'm always reminded of what Jordan said once to us.. how she found it

amazing that she cld cope with problems, one by one. Like her, you deserve

an award for having overcome problems so well over the years.

As when you were in NY for surgery, your friends will be there with you

Monday in spirit. They'll stick around, oh, I'd say always!

Have fun on New Year's, try not to worry, and I'm looking forward to seeing

you again next fall.

TTYS,

Get better quick Jennette remember you still owe me a dance.

Jeff W.

I will be going in on Monday to have a 4 cm tumor removed from the back of

my knee on my GOOD leg. I wrote a while ago asking if anyone had a " nerve

sheath tumor along the coarse of the common peroneal nerve at the level of

the knee joint " and no one answered. No one has had that?? I have had

intense pain in that leg for quite a while. I have a very good " pokerface "

so those of you that saw me at the con weren't aware of it. Anyway, I

wanted to wait until that convention was over (I do not miss those!:) and

this date was as soon as they could do it. Greg's coming to visit me over

New Years Eve, so please put me in your prayers... I've got 30-days to get

back on my feet again before he gets here!:)

Hello Caren,

I do hope your surgery turns out good. My tumor was a big one too but not

in the same place. It was from the L2 to the L5 level. I think you

mentioned something about getting MRI's of both the head and spine. I've

been meaning to ask the Crew something about this: When I was first

diagnosised, I had a CT scan of my head because they were looking for a

brain tumor or something in my head that might be putting pressure on my

optic nerves. They didn't find anything there. When

Sorry all that I have not listed in a while. We have been really

busy getting Brooklynn ready for her surgery. I have had to get it

all together pretty much well myself. It gets to be really stressful

when they want to do different things to your child and want to put

them under anestesia a hundred times. I finally got it cordinated

all together so she can be out once instead of five times.
