Guest guest
Car, are they sending you to a class or dietician to give you a diet plan & glucometer? Another thing that helped me for a time. As my 2 hr readings (called 2 hr postprandial) after meals began to rise about the 120 cut off I was given I found I could go walk a block or two after eating meals & that would help my body keep my glucose lower. For me eventually I had to use insulin, which was NOT a big deal at all in retrospect. Just trying to share tips as I recall them. Debi > > I failed my second glucose test and I'm VERY upset. I just wanted everything to go well with this pregnancy but it's so turning out to be the opposite! > > I so scared something will be wrong with the baby. I'm very sad today > > Car >
