We did the trio shots for my dd( mb12, folinic and NAC) for a couple months.She did horrible on it ! She regressed pretty bad.

Then we tried mb12 and folinic acid together and she is doing very well,no stimming like it was with just plain mb12.She has been on those shots for over a year now.We do them every day now and it also made a big difference versus every other day.

The trio shots are expensive and only good for 24 days so the shipping on them is expensive as well.

the mixed shots sting more than the ones with just B12... a small concern....You can give Folinic by mouth, too. Kirkman's makes a liquid one that tastes great. The third thing in the shot is probably NAC, which you can get by cream from a compounding pharmacy.>> Hello,> Does anyone have expereince with mB12 shots with folinic acid? Yes, she did bad on trio shots so we did stopped them and tried mb12 with folinic acid ,NO NAC in it. She does pretty good with them.

When we started just plain mb12 in the beginning of our bio-med, she did ok but had a lot of stimming that's why her DAN! wanted us to try different things.
