I too encourage us all to open new topics when we stray from the original subject. I rely on the Breath Support Digest message to look for things that I am interested in.For Leanne Storch; As I recall there is a list of rules for this site that addresses such things as don't "yell" by using all caps etc. Maybe some words on topic management would help. Having said that, I just looked for such a rules list and came up empty.
