Golden nuggets change your perspectiveApril's focus

Many times in our lives, we hear someone say something that turns on

the light switch in our heart or mind. We like to call these "golden

nuggets." It is important for all of us to keep these nuggets in the

back of our minds, pull them out, and then use them to better

ourselves. Often, we are caught up in a rut of thinking the same way

about ourselves. We think we aren't worthy, can never make it, etc.

Next time one of those thoughts pops into your head, find a golden

nugget that someone passed onto you, and say it out loud to yourself.

For every day of this month, we want you to keep a "nugget journal."

Either in a small journal or in your blog (a new feature in your club

profile), write down a nugget that you receive from someone else. They

can be one your grandmother told you when you were younger or an

inspiring quote from a favorite author — but you have to have a new one

every day. Based on that nugget, create one of your own to go along

with it. Once you add your own nugget to it, you will create a "pocket

Exercise is the rent I pay for a healthy body. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
