OK, unless I missed other suggestions we'll start our regular challenge on the 1st. Here are the goals, you can choose 1 or all. Feel free to post especially if you need help :). I did add one item which is the push ups but the rest are the same as we've done before.

*100 Workouts*Abs 1x a week*Strength 2-3x a week*Water--at least 64 ounces*9 Servings Fruits & Veggies*Reduce Junk Food Eating*25 push ups 2-4 times a week (can be on knees or military style)

Remember this isn't a contest so if you don't make all 100 workouts that's FINE! Just do what you can do. I'll count it out to average 3-4 times a week; but if you workout more then you'll just finish sooner and can keep going. Or if life happens you can take that time off if needed :)

January 1st - June 28thThere are actually a few extra days to allow folks who may be out of town the first week so the counting actually starts January 6th-- Gymmie in TexasIndy 500 May 25, 2008 Here I come!

www.myspace.com/nascartaebogymmieExercise is the rent I pay for a healthy body. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
