Hi,

I'm Carol, a 51 year old SAHM to one teenaged son. I probably have 5 to 7 pounds that I could lose. I started doing The Power Within and The Strength Within about a year ago. I love them and , but haven't done them as consistently as I should have. I've struggled with golfer's elbow that seems to be aggravated by everything I do, including Tae Bo - but I keep on doing Tae Bo anyway.

I bought the new 3T set, and I think they are great, but the pace of those workouts is a little too fast for me right now. So I started buying up some of the older workouts on EBay - the Tae Bo Basic Lives and the the Tae Bo Total Body Basics and have been loving them. They are still challenging (to me) but the pace isn't too fast and the workouts aren't too long.

My goals are just to get some cardio in, firm up a little and improve my flexibility. At this point I'm only doing Tae Bo workouts and a little walking - I'm not lifting weights, which feels a bit strange to me, since I used Firm workouts for so long with weights.

Any and all workout suggestions are appreciated!

Carol

I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
