Guest guest
Thanks again to all of you, and have a wonderful weekend! You too Geraldine! Sorry I can't help you, I don't have that many myself. I love the Fat Blasting Series but one is 45 min and the other 55 so that isn't what you're looking for. That's cool that your boss will pick something up for you though! Regina
Guest guest
Hi everyone I need your advise! My boss is traveling to the US next week, so he'll be able to get me new DVD's...as I can't find too many of them here. Could anyone advise me on what to get? I'd like to have a short workout that I can do in the morning prior to going to work. So, it can't be too long, and has to be doable on an empty stomach. Right now, I can't get through 45 minutes (after waking up), I start to fell dizzy. Best would be a fun, 30-minutes (max), middle-intense workout with mostly kicks und punches (less callanetics). I already have the "Capture the Power" Thanks everybody for your help! Geraldine All-new Yahoo! Mail - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Guest guest
I'm not sure what's in stores, that's the hard part. I've ordered everything online. I need to update my notes, but I think the Circuit workouts would fit that bill. Circuit 1 is 30 minutes and Circuit 2 is 45 I believe. The Fat Blasting Series is a good fit as well.
