Welcome to all the new members I have not welcomed. I am lucky. First that I found this family here. Second that my MS is undercontrol, but when I do have problems this is where I come for support and understanding. I have been blessed to be a member.

I have thought about this before but it has come to my attention again recently so I am telling you espcially the new members about my name.

My name is Lynn, I went by for the first 46 years of my life, with only a few Lynn s from some aunts. When I got married the last time we decided that we were starting a new life so go with new names; so I became Lynn. After died I got to thinking that I was again starting a new life so changed my name to what Dad wanted it in the first place. (put together but they were afraid that I would be called Rozlyn) So I put it together with a capital L in the middle. But I like all three and am called all three. Your choice. They all are me.

This is a very good report on the oil. It looks like I need to order more grapeseed oil and work up a price for it. It will be free to all MS patients May you always find

I found a bottle of grapeseed oil in the grocery store, smallish bottle went for about $4, I use it in cooking. At this time the only oils I use for cooking are the grapeseed, olive oil that I've infused with ginger,or coconut. I wish I could find more of the grapeseed, I really like it! I get 1/2 liter bottles (17 oz) at Trader Joe's for $2.99. I make mayonnaise with it. Makes about a quart of mayo. I love trader Joe's! But I don't think there is one anywhere near here, and they don't sell through the mail...but that is a great price!!!
