If you want to make things happen in your life, you've got to take action! designed this action-packed challenge to keep you moving forward.

First, do 's Favorite Moves DVD. Next, do 25 push ups! Seems simple, but you can only count them if you touch your chest to the floor! You cannot touch your stomach, or your chin. Be sure to keep your butt level with your chest, and not in the air. 2 sets of 100 dips. Place your left leg on top of your right leg, sitting back, and hold a squat for 30 seconds. Repeat on the other leg. 100 Side Kicks on each leg. 100 Round House Kicks on each leg. 100 Back Kicks on each leg. 100 Squat Front Kicks alternating legs. Hold a horse stance for 2 minutes.
