Amped vs. Bootcamp

I am getting married in October (yay!) and I am out of shape (boo!).

For about 8 months last year I did 1-3x a week the boot camp with the

billy bands and all. I want to start working out again - I have 7

months to get into shape and sculpt, etc. Does anyone have any

opinions on the amped series vs. the bootcamp series? Much

appreciated, thanks!
